Invoice Reprint - Print - Recreate DDO Invoice Format (v2.8)

Use this option to automatically re-send invoices in electronic DDO file format.

1. Display the Invoice Reprint screen.

Refer to "Invoice Reprint - Menu Options".

2. Select PRINT | RECREATE DDO INVOICE FORMAT.

Micronet opens a new email message in your default email program and attaches the electronic invoice to it.

Technical Tip If the invoice format belongs to the DDOINV group, the invoice will be attached in both PDF and DDO formats.

3. Add the email recipients and any text you want included in the email and then send it.

When you have finished, return to Micronet and the Invoice Reprint screen.
